Yong Tau Foo


Filled the fish paste into the tau pok, tau kwa, bitter gourd, green pepper, red chilli and green chilli.

Soak the yellow bean in warm water for an hour. Boil the yellow bean for a while then add in some ikan bilis. When the bean is soft, add in all the yong tau foo. Bring to boil and add seasoning and pepper to taste.
