Chwee Kueh with chye poh
1 cup rice flour
2 1/4 cups water
1 heap tbsp corn flour
half tsp salt
Mix the two types of flour with water.
Add salt and 1 tsp of oil, beat well.
Over heat, still till thicken.
Pour the mixture into moulds.
Steam about 15 mins
Fried the garlic, minced dried shrimps and chye poh
Chwee Kueh
cod fish with salted vege and mushrooms.
Kailan with prawns.
radish with carrot and spare rib
Laksa
Ma Po Tofu
Egg omelette with prawns
Pak choy with chicken and mushroom.
