Yummy Chocolate Cheese Muffins

Ingredients (A)
100gm margarine
100gm butter
230gm sugar

Ingredient (B)
270gm plain flour
25gm cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 baking soda
100gm cheddar cheese - grated

Ingredient (C)
1 tsp coffee emulco
4 eggs
200gm fresh milk

Method
cream (A) until creamy.
Add in (B) and continue creamy till light and smooth.
Add in (C) slowly and beat until creamy and thoroughly mixed.
Pour into muffin paper cups
Bake at 180C for about 25mins or until cooked.
