Hainanese Pork Chop
Cut the pork into slices and tenderised it. Marinated it and soaked it with egg. Then coated it with the biscuit crumbs and fried it. After frying, I cut the pork cutlet into slices. Fried the garlic then added green pepper, tomato, cucumber and red chilli. Added tomato sauce and sugar. Then added some water and brought it to boil and thicken it with corn flour in water. Added the cut slices pork and had a quick stir.
