Mushroom soup (home-cooked)


Baked mushroom with minced meat and cheese (home-cooked)
Season the minced meat with pepper and salt. (Add chopped chestnut optional)
Remove the stems from the mushrooms then stuff the caps with the minced meat. Place the stuffed mushrooms in a shallow baking dish & sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake the mushrooms until meat is browned, about 20 min. Serve warm.


Main course - Black pepper chicken with tomato sauce pasta (home-cooked)
