How to cook the Mee Hoon Kueh?
Add water, salt and little oil to the flour. Knead it and just pluck it in lump. For the soup add ikan bilis, pork, minced meat, prawn, fish ball, chicken stock, light sauce and salt. Put the mee hoon kueh into the soup till cooked. Add some vegetables if you like.Cut some red chillies to go with it.
